These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZipQ, operated by Appcore Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using ZipQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ZipQ is an AI-native customer support platform that provides helpdesk software, AI-powered conversation resolution, embeddable chat widgets, multi-channel messaging, knowledge base management, and related services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use ZipQ.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ZipQ for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging through our platform.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to ZipQ, including customer conversations, knowledge base articles, and configuration data. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

5. AI Services

ZipQ's AI features are provided as-is. AI responses are generated based on your knowledge base content and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and ensuring its accuracy before it reaches your customers. We recommend monitoring AI-resolved conversations through the QA dashboard.

6. Subscription and Billing

ZipQ offers Free, Starter ($19/agent/month), Pro ($39/agent/month), and Business ($59/agent/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipQ and Appcore Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
